After 10 years of this, it still sucks. Especially when, as it is in this case, that we are saying goodbye to a couple people that I find myself smiling when I see them return.
Because these are two veterans. Both have only played one season before this (9 in the first case and 7 in the second - if my records are right). But they are familiar faces in the crowd, old friends returning to the fold.
Early on though, people can get lost in the shuffle - and with this season, while there isn't as much of a shuffle, there also isn't as much room for someone to fully get their legs under them for a longer run.
Which means that tonight we are saying goodbye to
kotenok_angel and shadows_of_pyreI hope we will continue to see you around, in the Home Game though, and that you will jump back into the fray once Second Chance kicks into gear a little later in the season!
