Still working my may through the entries. There have been many great entries, and it will be hard to limit my vote.

Me too. I'm making a short list for my five votes, but it keeps getting longer. How will I ever decide?

At one point I was tempted to write the titles down and draw five from a hat. Or, okay, a plastic bag. Really good stuff. :)

I don't do resolutions... but I did resolve to read all the entries, and I kept that one. :D

I am almost done reading the entries. There are some hard choices ahead if I can only pick five. One, I know, is on the list. Several others are all competing for the four remaining slots in my vote for immunity.
.
I have decided not to vote for myself. Tempted, oh yes, but... somehow, I just can't screw my selfish desires to that sticking point... no, not quite that far. Not this time, any way.

I've been slacking off, but I have resolved to fix that! So far so good on 2016. Still early days yet!

I'm done with epic driving phase of the holidays! Yay. But I always feel a little let down when the adventure ends and it's back to reality. New Years is always weird like that.

You know, Gary, I come back to LJ, I see your post, and I EVEN click on the link to read and vote, and all I want is a GD poll, but no. You have to be Gary. SIGHHHH.

I like to disappoint. ;)

Seriously though - the good news is that if you saw that post then you know that you can vote via email. It's not restricted to current contestants - anyone who wants to read the entries and vote for their favorites can do so!

(Nice to see you around these parts. Tell Fletch 3,000 I said Hi!)

Resolutions? Not... really. I did start my micro-business officially, though, and I've spent the last two days fiddling with Facebook and Twitter and telling myself it's not a waste of time. Which it isn't. Really.

I may need to work on that. lol

At this point, I've stopped resolving to do things and just do them. Which is probably why my body aches as much as it does this morning, and the gym doesn't seem quite as appealing as it did yesterday. :-p

... On the bright side, I'm +5000 words on the novel in progress.

2016 has been good so far, but SO social. I'm feeling entirely people-d out, and there's still some peopling to do yet today and tomorrow and and and...

On the other hand, it's a pretty swell problem to have, as far as these things go. I just need to find a cave and hibernate for a week or two after this.

I tend not to make a lot of resolutions, as they usually end up as sad abandoned little goals in a heap of good intentions as time goes on. This year I have sort of resolved to make a thing every day, though - I will be making a temperature blanket. I'm crocheting a small rectangle each day, in a different color based on the temperature where I am at noon (should get interesting when I travel. Heh). I've got my super cheap and comfy yarn all picked out (hooray for sales), picked a pattern, and I finished the year's first two days. Still need to do today's. I think I'll probably join them together weekly.

For me so far, 2016 has been just like the opening lines of A TALE OF TWO CITIES: It was the best of times, and it was the worst of times. Details (at least the ones I'm willing to divulge) are in my LJ.

2016 has started on a hectic note with me juggling with a lot of things together. This longest week was a blessing in disguise as such..:) Resolutions which are meant to be broken are :-
1. Get up early in the morning and finishing work on time.
2. Losing the excess weight which has been gained by hogging all throughout the year post marriage.(The relatives & friends who invited me are to be blamed actually..:P.. they shouldn't serve delicacies which are way too tempting..:P :P)
3.Try to get something I write published.(That would be a dream come true..and could take more than this year..:) )
