Green Room - Week 22 - Day 7

The topic is due today: http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/782025.html

and Last Chance Idol sign-ups are happening now: http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/782944.html

***

Any thoughts on the new season of Survivor or the finale of Big Brother? (I had to watch the last part of it so I could give a certain 11 year old the results because it was on past her weekday bedtime)

***

My friend's book about asexuality is now available: http://astore.amazon.com/li0cd-20/detail/1631440020 Well, it's been available for a little bit now. But she was just interviewed in the New York Times http://op-talk.blogs.nytimes.com/2014/09/24/why-asexuals-dont-want-to-be-invisible-anymore/?_php=true&_type=blogs&_r=0 so this was as good of a reason as any to promote it here, via the Idol Store!

I'm glad asexuals are coming out of the closet. Now I don't feel so weird anymore.

Well, no more so than usual.

I was very pleased with BB! I haven't yet had a chance to watch Survivor (I had to get up early this morning) but it is on the DVR and I will watch it as soon as I can - which probably won't be until Sunday, as we are leaving town this evening to spend a long weekend up in the Columbus, OH area. Woot!

But I have posted my entry, and will read as I have time, since I will have my phone and laptop with me. :)

(Also, there's some spam comments in the Topic thread, if you want to delete them Gary)

Whenever I hear the phrase "withholding sex" I want to tear off all my skin and fling myself face first into the sun. (Or, ideally, the skin of the person who used it.)

I'm not watching either of those shows, but I finally got to S2 finale of Hannibal (I know, I know-- but my husband won't watch it, and it takes a lot more attention than I usually have). Ulp! The ending both seems like it's exactly what could happen, and is also exactly what you wish wouldn't! No matter what you were rooting for!

*koff* Will start reading some entries today, now that mine's up.

Hannibal is so very good, and so very dark.

If it makes you feel any better I'm a solid season and half behind in Doctor Who.

I don't need to read the book.
I am the book.

Quiet green room is quiet - hopefully because everyone is getting their entries posted / starting to read.

We did this morning, it was glorious. It was enough to get the build up of shmutz off my car even.

Clearly I have been reading too many romance novels.

What? You thought there would be a topic like "sweep the leg" and I'd do something "interesting" with the poll?

Nah! ;P
