It also removed the one remaining personal immunity from play!
People have asked me "What is still out there?" so I figured that I should share it with the group:
The Power of Veto - negates a poll result
Resurrection Stone - brings an eliminated player "back to life" in the game
Both of these are good until the Top 50.
There is also the Black Spot. Which can be put on 0-10 any time until the Top 100. (Which is coming up really quickly). This will be used as a tie-breaker. If someone has a Black Spot on them, much like in pirate lore - they have been marked for death. (AKA try not to end up in a tie!!)
Byes are a sort of special power, so I'll mention that you have them until the Top 50.
The ability to give Gift Byes though (handing one over to someone in need) that is scheduled to expire at the Top 100. So, if you've been wanting to give one to someone special, to keep them around - this week is your last chance to do so!

We also had the new topic posted: http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/764463.html which caught a lot of people by surprised, who apparently missed all the times that I said that things were going to speed back up after I got back from vacation! :)
It's less of "speeding up" and more of "returning to the previous speed after slowing down". So it's like tax breaks expiring or a sale ending. You've had it good for awhile, and now it's back to the grind!
