Someone else was reading it, but I saw it out of the corner of my eye, and it made me look a little closer.
There was some sort of special event happening at Scones.
I go excited - because I'd never heard of the place, and who doesn't love a good scone?
After a few moments, I looked again, and realized that it wasn't Scones at all - it was Scores, "a gentleman's club".
Quite frankly, I was more excited about Scones. ;)

Two things come to mind from this experience: (1) I love baked goods
and (2) never assume that what you saw the first time is 100% accurate. Look again.
This is true of reading entries - and it's definitely true of poll watching. Because what you are seeing right now might not end up telling the real story of how this week is going to turn out.
Go on over to http://therealljidol.livejournal.com/491969.html and if you haven't voted yet, do so.
If you have - take a second, or maybe third look. If there is someone who isn't doing as well as you think they should be, then let people know that they should be checking those entries out. Maybe they didn't give them that second look (or ran out of time, and haven't given them the first look, because no one specifically mentioned them!)
You never know what you are going to find, and the "fate in the game" you are about to alter!
