mezzominty was forced to drop out of the competition after testing positive for a combination of steroids, LSD and cheese whiz. After being ejected from the game, in a haze he apparently was arrested, naked, outside of Paula Abdul's house trying to "appeal".However, because this happened before the entries were due, he is not counted among the two that will be eliminated.
Oddly enough, two folks were due to be automatically eliminated, having not made the deadline. Those two are:

But not to eliminate someone, oh no, that would be too straight forward.
This week's vote is about immunity!
Yes, you heard right. It's not an Idol thing, but it's a reality staple.
The contestant who receives the most votes will receive immunity. If they are ever subject to elimination, they can use their immunity to save themselves. Alternately, they can choose to use their immunity to save another contestant! Once immunity is used, the person with the NEXT FEWEST votes will be eliminated in their place.
There will be only ONE of these in the game, and you can only use it once, between next week and THE TOP 10. After that, you're on your own. But if you play it right, it could be a ticket to the TOP TEN.
There of course is a TWIST to this twist...and here it is. This poll is friends only. You HAVE to join the community to vote.
