In the past few days a co-worker has died and two friends of friends have committed suicide.

I barely knew who the co-worker was, and was only in the same room with one of the friends of friends once.

But, it still gets you thinking.

Tell the people you love that you love them, and do it often.


And thank you to each and everyone of you (Yes, even *you*. Well, OK, maybe not entirely you over there. ;P ) for being a part of Idol. Anyone who actually knows me knows that there have been days when this was the main reason that I got up out of bed in the morning. Knowing that you guys are here, and enjoying yourself, makes a difference in *my* life, and I want you to know that. Thank you.
