Green Room - Week 1 - Day 3

Where there are only two things, steers and this Green Room!
(I'm pretty sure that is the saying. If it's not, it should be. It's certainly better than any other possible version)
Getting ready to kick off our first day here so I figured that I'd throw out the usual links and then ask you some question at the end that you will ignore and just comment about whatever it is that you wanted to comment on anyway! :)

I usually ask how you are doing, but it's not all about you! How is someone else doing? It's doesn't have to be someone you know. Just anyone. Pick someone on the street at random and tell us how they are doing! :)
